Yes. Your personal statement has its own section, and every scoring area is applied to it as a whole.

It looks across your applications and shows the skills that keep appearing in the roles you target. It needs five applications.

Yes, in the UK. Tell Roles the job titles, location and pay you want, and CVSet searches Reed at 12:00 and 17:00 UK time, checks each advert against your CV and shows your 10 closest matches. New matches replace the roles you have already seen, oldest first. You can also get an email just after midnight listing the new roles you have not seen yet — at most one a day. Roles works on every plan, including Free, once you have analysed a CV.

Think of it as a career coach for your whole job search, not just your CV. It analyses your CV from several angles, then reorders, rewords and highlights what you already have. It optimises your CV in general, then tailors the language to match each job description. From there, it builds your cover letter and interview prep, so you can focus on the interview itself.

Every company sets up its scanning software differently, and those settings are not public. CVSet works to the general standards most systems follow, then matches your CV to your job description.

CVSet uses AI, which generates every result fresh. Scores and suggestions can shift slightly. The main findings stay the same.

No. Accept the ones you agree with and skip the rest. Your CV stays yours.

Not inside CVSet. Download your finished CV as a DOCX file and make your edits there.

Weekly gives you 7 days and 35 credits; Monthly gives you 30 days and 120 credits. Scoring a CV uses 3 credits, optimising it 3, tailoring it to a job 2 and that job's application pack 1. An alternative suggestion, a learning plan or skill guidance uses 1; downloads and role matches are free. We quote in your local currency where we support it and in US dollars otherwise — the exact amount is confirmed at checkout.

No. There is no subscription and no auto-renewal. Every purchase is one-off, so there is nothing to cancel.

Yes. Credits last for the length of your plan, then expire. If you buy another pass before the current one ends, your unused credits carry over.

Buy another plan to top up. Your saved work stays in your account.

Yes, if you hit a bug or something is wrong with your results. Send us screenshots and we will refund you in credits or to your card.

Yes. CVSet follows UK GDPR. We never sell your data or use it for advertising. It is processed only by the providers named in our Privacy Policy, to run the service for you.

No. We do not train AI models. CVSet uses leading models from established providers, and your data is not used to train them.

If you never buy a pass, 30 days after you sign up. Once a pass ends, 60 days after a Weekly pass or 90 days after a Monthly pass. We email you a week before anything is deleted, and buying a pass before then cancels the deletion.

It is deleted with the rest of your data. Download any CVs or Application Supports you want to keep.

Yes. Open Settings in your dashboard and delete your account there.
